This combination is the result of our work for one Italian restaurant. Our aim was to come up with a refreshing drink which would complete the seasonal menu. Like basil, green pepper is a common ingredient used in the kitchen. This combination can create a unique refreshing and mutually supportive taste. Fresh basil adds refreshment and roasted green pepper highlights its flavour.
